“Monster Cookies”

INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1 stick of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup peanut butter
2 tsp. baking soda
4 1/2 cup oats
1/2 - 1 bag milk chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, or candy of your choice

Mix ingredients; Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Crescent Roll Chocolate Chip Baked Cheese Cake  
 
Ingredients:
 2 packages crescent rolls                                                 
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla                                                        
1 bag milk chocolate chips (reserve 1/2 c. chips)
